About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Career Coach to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about empowering business growth through technology and AI, while maintaining strong customer relationships.
As a Career Coach, you will serve as a trusted advisor, forging deep connections with your clients and account teams. You will maintain awareness of key events, needs, potential risks, and value drivers.
You may be required for occasional travel to client sites and may need to be available for some after-hour or weekend coverage depending on the client's need.
Your Impact
* Serve as the single point of client accountability and responsible for orchestrating all deliverables, experience, renewal, and expansion.
* Cultivate and maintain partner relationships with client IT and business executive leadership, sponsors, and decision-makers within organizations that have purchased our services.
* Help clients achieve their business goals and outcomes on our platform by:
1. Acting as an advisor to your clients for the adoption of new features and identifying potential challenges and risks to their implementation.
2. Providing timely, proactive feature mentorship based on the areas of interest for your clients.
3. Coordinating the completion of our Success catalogue of services as required for your clients.
4. Communicate the value of our Success programme.
Requirements
* Demonstrated ability with proven experience in Digital Marketing and E-Commerce environments, including one or more of the following: Technical Customer Support, SaaS platform use or project leadership, Technology Consulting, Technology Solutions Development, Technical or Solutions Architecture.
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate and influence optimally at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
Preferred Requirements
* Experience with Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud or similar technologies.
* Experience with our Core platform is a plus.
