My client, a well known Irish Business is looking for an experienced Senior Administrator /PA to join their team.This is a maternity leave contract. The role is office based Monday - Friday in their Ballsbridge office.

Responsibilities:
* PA duties, supporting the MD and wider team with diary and travel arrangement
* Support the team and current sales staff to process to completion, any dailyenquires,
* Daily support of office administration/ operations of the office.
* Communicate with suppliers, process orders
* Correspond with customers through phone and e-mail,
* As knowledge is gained, select, and advise appropriate products to customers
The successful candidate would preferably have
Minimum of 3 year's recent relevant experience working in a similar role
Along with:
* Proficient computer skills, ideally Microsoft Office
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident to communicate internally and externally
* Be a motivated self-starter but able to take instruction.
