This full-time, hybrid role combines in-studio operational responsibilities with remote administrative and customer service tasks. You will play a key part in ensuring every client has a seamless, supportive, and enjoyable experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the studio diary, bookings, and daily schedule. Act as the key point of contact between the Dublin studio and our HQ in London. Process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. Assist with packing and shipping orders when needed. Deliver exceptional customer service across all channels, responding to enquiries with care and professionalism. Maintain high operational standards and ensure the studio environment is welcoming and well-organised. Complete remote administrative tasks to support overall business operations.RequirementsPrevious experience in retail, customer service, or studio management. Experience in the wig, beauty, or hair industry is a strong advantage. Genuine passion for helping clients feel confident and supported. Excellent communication and people skills—empathy and patience are essential. Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
