French Speaking Sales Representative Opportunity

Our client's Internal Sales and Marketing team is seeking a highly organized Sales Executive to join their team based in North Galway. This role requires exceptional organizational skills to drive Sales and Marketing projects and play a pivotal role in increasing Sales and brand awareness for our Agri-Equine product range in France, with the requirement of being fluent in both English and French.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* General Sales Administration, including Sales quotations and Order processing/entry via an ERP system.
">
* Having a can-do attitude and dealing with orders and sales enquiries.
">
* Providing active hands-on support to the Sales and Business Development team.
">
* Building strong communication and relationship-building skills with both End-Users and Trade Customers to enhance upselling our product offerings.
">
* Utilizing CRM software for collaboration on daily activities, project tracking, market, and customer information.
">
">
Additional responsibilities include:
">
">
* Assisting with Marketing Campaigns to support brand awareness and business development.
">
* Being the point of contact for after-sales/customer service support and liaising with the Quality department to ensure adequate follow-up is provided.
">
* Representing the customer internally and being the liaison with other departments on any issues arising.
">
* Assisting in the compilation of Sales reports.
">
* Effectively communicating market findings and customer insights to the Sales/Marketing Team and management.
">
* Attending sales meetings, conferences, trade exhibitions, and open days as required.
">
* Supporting with administration-related responsibilities that arise in line with business requirements.
">
">
Key qualifications and experience include:
">
">
* Fluency in English and French with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
">
* Highly IT competent with experience using IT systems such as ERP and CRM and proficient across the Microsoft suite.
">
* Highly collaborative, organized, detail-oriented, and possessing strong multi-tasking abilities.
">
* A third-level qualification in Business or equivalent is advantageous.
">
* Minimum of 2 years' experience working in office-based administration environments.
">
* Customer-focused.

* Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
">
* Time management and task prioritization skills.
">
* A team player with the ability to work independently.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* A strong working knowledge of the French Agriculture/Equine market is highly beneficial.
