Service Now Architect (Day-Rate Contract)
Location: Dublin City Centre (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Contract Length: Initial 6 months (with strong extension potential)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Service Now Architect to join a high-profile transformation programme based in Dublin City Centre.
This is a contract role offering an initial 6‑month engagement, working in a hybrid model with 3 days per week onsite.
You will play a key role in defining and delivering Service Now architecture across the platform, ensuring scalable, secure, and best‑practice solutions aligned to business and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Own and define end‑to‑end Service Now platform architecture
Provide architectural leadership across Service Now modules and integrations
Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Service Now solutions
Act as a technical authority and advisor to delivery teams and stakeholders
Ensure adherence to Service Now best practices and platform standards
Lead technical design workshops and contribute to solution roadmaps
Review configurations, customisations, and integrations for quality and performance
Support governance, release management, and platform optimisation
Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience as a Service Now Architect on large‑scale implementations
Strong hands‑on expertise with core Service Now modules such as:
ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM (depending on programme scope)
Experience designing and delivering complex integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
Strong understanding of Service Now data model, CMDB, and Discovery
Experience working in enterprise, multi‑stakeholder environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Service Now certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD) highly desirable
