We are seeking an experienced
Site Manager
to lead and run a
r
esidential development—a major 18-month project delivering 55 high-quality timber-frame homes in Dublin.
This is a
hands-on, standalone Site Manager role
. You will take full ownership of the site and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Full day-to-day management of the site
* Reading, interpreting, and working from construction drawings
* Ordering and managing materials
* Coordinating and managing subcontractors
* Ensuring all works comply with building regulations and company standards
* Using
Procore
to manage documentation, reporting, and project workflows
* Overseeing onsite H&S and ensuring compliance at all stages
* Working closely with the site admin / BCAR personnel and site engineer (engineer starting in January)
Requirements
* Proven experience running a full site independently
* Strong understanding of
timber frame housing
* Ability to manage programme, logistics, and contractors confidently
* Competent with
Procore
or similar construction management software
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
* Ability to make confident decisions without hesitation
