The ideal candidate combines business acumen, user empathy, and strong project management skills to turn ideas into successful products.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals.Gather and analyze customer feedback, market data, and competitive insights to identify opportunities.Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring products from concept to launch.Create and maintain detailed product requirements (PRDs) and user stories.Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery and continuous improvement.Prioritize initiatives using data-driven insights and business impact.Ensure product development aligns with budget, timeline, and quality standards.Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate product success and identify areas for growth.Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for user-centric design.Support sales and marketing with go-to-market (GTM) strategies, product positioning, and messaging.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.4–8 years of experience in product management, preferably in a Tech, SaaS, or B2B environment .Proven track record of managing complex products or platforms end-to-end.Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar product management tools.Experience with data analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL) is a plus.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English ; German and/or French is an advantage.What We OfferCompetitive Swiss market salary and performance-based bonuses.Hybrid working flexibility (home office + on-site).Opportunity to own the product lifecycle and shape product strategy.Collaborative, innovative, and agile work culture.Access to cutting-edge tools, product analytics, and user research platforms.Annual professional development and training budget.
