Job Title:Sales Support CoordinatorDepartment:SalesLocation:RemoteEmployment Type:PermanentRole OverviewAs a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play an important role in assisting the Business Support Executive and contributing to the smooth running and efficiency of the sales function. This position provides a valuable opportunity to gain experience in sales operations, administration, and cross-departmental collaboration, while developing skills that can support future career growth.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to the Business Support ExecutiveMaintain and update accurate sales data in the CRM system (NetSuite)Support the preparation of sales proposals, bid submissions, quotations, and contract documentationOrganise and manage the electronic filing of sales-related documentsMonitor and track opportunities through tendering portals, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met (including frameworks such as G-Cloud)Assist in the coordination and follow-up of sales activities across the businessCollaborate with colleagues in other departments to improve and streamline administrative processesContribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and improving customer service standardsCommunicate professionally with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholdersCandidate RequirementsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detailDependable, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a teamUnderstanding of confidentiality principles and data protection regulationsEnthusiastic about learning and committed to ongoing personal and professional developmentPrevious experience in an administrative or support role (desirable but not essential)Experience with NetSuite CRM, bid or proposal coordination, and/or public sector frameworks such as G-Cloud would be an advantageWhat We OfferHands-on experience supporting the sales function in a growing healthtech businessOpportunities to develop skills in sales operations, administration, and business supportA collaborative and supportive working environmentStructured training and guidance to support your career development
