The Role
This is a rare opportunity to join a prestigious residential sales team in one of Dublin's most affluent areas. You'll be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of high-value properties while continuously developing new opportunities across the premium market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of premium residential properties
* Proactively source new listings and secure instructions
* Advise and guide high-net-worth clients throughout the full sales lifecycle
* Craft and implement bespoke marketing strategies for individual properties
* Negotiate offers with discretion, confidence, and professionalism
* Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth, efficient transactions
* Maintain clear, consistent communication with vendors and buyers
* Uphold a best-in-class client experience throughout the process
* Contribute to the team's overall sales targets and performance
About You
* Minimum
3–5 years' experience
in residential sales, ideally in the
luxury or high-value property sector
* Proven track record in listing and closing deals
* Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
* In-depth knowledge of the local property market and buyer profiles
* Highly motivated, results-driven, and commercially savvy
* Ability to deliver exceptional service to discerning clients
* Organised and efficient in managing multiple listings at once
