Senior Construction Management Role
This is a senior construction leadership position overseeing pharma site development in Tipperary, Ireland.
* More than 10 years of experience in construction project management
* Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering
* Biotech/Pharma industry knowledge and excellent communication skills
The Senior Construction Manager will be accountable for the efficient and timely execution of the pharma site construction scope according to Safety and Quality standards. This includes thorough reviews and collaboration with design teams and client workgroup leads, model inspections, and preparation of detailed SOWs for trade contract procurement.
The ideal candidate will have comprehensive understanding of multi-disciplinary concepts, strong people management skills, and the ability to supervise and manage all Site Staff including construction superintendents, trade supervisors, and sub-contractors.
