About the Role
As Area Sales Manager – Remote (Munster-based with regional travel), you’ll take ownership of a well-established Munster territory, managing relationships with key retail partners while driving growth and profitability. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping sales strategy, developing strong customer partnerships, and uncovering new commercial opportunities to expand market share.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of key customers across the Munster region.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue year-on-year.
* Set and monitor performance targets for stores and accounts.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
* Build strong, trusted relationships with retail partners and key stakeholders.
* Coach and support colleagues to drive performance and best practice.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure a commercial edge.
* Deliver outstanding customer experience aligned with company values.
Candidate Profile
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in field sales, account management or territory management.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously.
* Full clean driver’s licence (essential).
* Experience managing multiple accounts and relationships simultaneously.
* Familiarity with CRM or sales management systems is an advantage.
