The Role
You will be responsible for coordinating operational and administrative tasks, ensuring clients traveling worldwide to Dublin have a first-class, seamless experience within our Idea Centre Program. You will serve as the key point of contact between our program internally and suppliers across accommodation, catering, transport, and entertainment. Your duties include creating documents, updating budget holders with attention to detail, setting up event spaces, coordinating catering, welcoming senior leaders, and supporting ad hoc requests. You will also manage internal briefs, visitor guides, joint diaries, and financial documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. This role involves onsite coordination at our European HQ and collaboration with a global team, including colleagues in Austin.
