Project Oversight Role
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead projects from inception to delivery. This is an ideal opportunity for experienced professionals who excel in overseeing complex projects, managing stakeholders, and driving results.
Main Responsibilities
* Analyse client contract requirements and collaborate with the Design and Sales departments to clarify technical specifications.
* Supervise projects from contract award to handover and serve as the primary point of contact with clients and their representatives.
* Manage communication with clients, staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant teams to ensure high-quality project delivery on time and within budget.
* Liaise directly with 3rd party inspectors / engineers regarding all aspects of work onsite and prepare weekly reports for project review.
This is a project-based role that requires travel to oversee installations at client site locations. The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of and manage project finances effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 6+ years experience overseeing projects with installation/construction experience being advantageous.
* A 3rd level qualification in a related field and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Project/Smartsheet and accurate interpretation of contract documents, programmes, drawings, and technical specifications.
