The Role As a Legal Secretary-Commercial Litigation, you will provide essential support to the commercial litigation team, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
Your responsibilities will include: Preparing, formatting, and amending commercial litigation documents.
Audio typing, copy typing, and document management.
Managing correspondence with clients, courts, and third parties.
Diary management, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel where required.
Filing, archiving, and maintaining case files.
General administrative support to fee earners and partners.
About You We are looking for a professional and motivated individual with: Proven experience as a Legal Secretary within a commercial litigation team.
Fast and accurate typing skills, including digital dictation.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively.
A proactive and professional approach to client service.
Salary & Benefits Competitive salary: £29,000 - £31,000 (depending on experience).
