Key Reception and Administrative Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and customer-focused individual to join our office team as a Corporate Receptionist and Administrator.
* Manage the front-of-house experience for clients, visitors and staff with exceptional warmth, professionalism and courtesy.
* Ensure seamless call handling and switchboard management on a busy office environment.
* Coordinate all meeting room requirements including AV needs, catering and visitor arrangements to ensure smooth business operations.
* Provide administrative support services encompassing post, courier services, document preparation, expenses, and archiving for our dynamic office.
* Support facilities management tasks including supply ordering, H&S updates and fire warden responsibilities to maintain a safe working environment.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in event coordination and logistics ensuring successful business outcomes.
What We Are Looking For:
* Previous experience in a front-of-house or administration role preferably within a corporate or hospitality setting.
* A confident communicator with a professional, clear telephone manner and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in MS Office applications and ideally familiar with Cisco systems.
* Proactive team player who can work well under pressure, prioritizing multiple tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
