As a Sale Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of store managers and overseeing the daily operations of multiple stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team.

About the Role
* Manage a district of stores with line management responsibility for all store managers within your area
* Create a positive and motivated work environment and foster effective collaboration among team members
* Develop, support, and coach store managers to achieve their full potential
* Analyse and optimise stock movements to improve sales and reduce costs
* Conduct regular district tours with sales executives and provide feedback to drive improvements
* Complete cash management checks and ensure accurate financial reporting
* Support projects by providing analysis and feedback to inform business decisions
* Oversee store refurbishments, new openings, and re-openings to maintain a high standard of retail experience
* Develop and implement annual business plans for your district to drive growth and profitability
* Plan KPIs and staffing structures for your district to ensure efficient operations
* Implement company strategy in your district and ensure alignment with corporate goals
* Prioritise and prepare for Area Manager meetings to ensure effective communication and decision-making

Requirements
* Hold a minimum of a 2.1 degree in any discipline or have 3+ years of management experience
* Exhibit excellent communication, planning, organisation, and analytical skills
* Possess a full driving licence (required)
* Show organised, flexible, motivated, and hard-working leadership qualities
* Demonstrate previous experience in a fast-paced environment
* Prove ability to motivate and lead a team
* Show a strong interest in developing a career in retail
* Multi-site experience as an Area Manager would be an advantage
