Circet Ireland is seeking an experienced HSEQT Advisor to support our projects and ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, and Environment Management systems.
This role covers projects across the Leinster Region and involves assisting site teams and managers by identifying hazards and minimizing risks. The goal is to achieve and continually improve high standards of HSEQT and meet all legal obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain the HSEQT Management System in accordance with OHSAS 18001 (ISO 45001), ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
2. Ensure compliance with all statutory HSEQT duties.
3. Report on management system performance and recommend improvements.
4. Promote customer requirements throughout the organization.
5. Support the delivery of Circet's HSEQT strategy and foster continuous improvement.
6. Monitor and evaluate HSEQT performance across the region, collaborating with senior management.
7. Provide competent advice on HSEQT matters.
8. Ensure all worksites are compliant with legal HSEQT obligations.
9. Develop and implement HSEQT initiatives and targets, including KPIs.
10. Prepare Construction Stage Plans, Pre-Qualification & Tender Documents, Emergency Response Plans, etc.
11. Approve and review subcontractor work, conduct site audits, and inspections.
12. Assist with occupational health issues and conduct internal training sessions.
13. Maintain incident records, investigate root causes, and implement controls.
14. Monitor working hours to ensure compliance with legislation and policies.
15. Drive continuous improvement and promote best practices.
Skills & Experience:
1. NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
2. Degree qualification or equivalent.
3. Extensive experience in civil engineering or telecommunications.
4. Effective communication and reporting skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
6. CSCS Card.
7. Passion for Health, Safety, Environment & Quality.
