Head Chef
Are you a skilled and experienced Head Chef ready to take on a new challenge? We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, the ability to design seasonal menus that reflect creativity and quality, and experience in managing a small kitchen team.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients and innovative cooking
* Excellent knowledge of HACCP and kitchen hygiene standards
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (5 over 7 schedule)
