We seek a seasoned attorney to support our global merger and acquisition activity, focusing on transactions in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive legal services for all aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.
* Collaborate with our internal legal, corporate development, and business teams, as well as external advisors to ensure successful deal execution and effective risk management.
Requirements:
* Experienced lawyer with 4+ years of post-qualification experience practicing in corporate law, specializing in mergers and acquisitions.
* Familiarity with transaction mechanics from inception to closing.
* Strong interpersonal skills, high maturity level, and proven ability to manage significant responsibility and workload in a fast-paced environment.
