We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Environmental Health and Safety Specialist.
This is a 12-month contract position that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization's safety standards.
About the Role: Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety legislation, industry standards, and corporate policies Promote an Incident & Injury Free culture on the project site Participate in process operational risk assessments with cross-functional teams Monitor and drive completion of outstanding HAZOP actions related to chemical safety, PPE, and operational controls The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of EHS principles and practices.
They will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Additionally, Ehspecialist a bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in environmental health or occupational health fields would be highly valued.
