Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - Maghera Full-Time, Permanent | £35,000 - £60,000 DOE | 28 Days Holiday (Including Bank Holidays) A well-established law firm in Maghera is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for either a Newly Qualified Solicitor or someone with post-qualification experience to work on a varied caseload of residential property matters in a supportive and friendly environment.
The Role You will manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, including: Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, and related documents Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity Carrying out title checks and property searches Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors Managing completion and post-completion processes, including Land Registry and SDLT submissions Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and anti-money laundering requirements About You Qualified Solicitor (NQ or with post-qualification experience) in Northern Ireland Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process Excellent client care and communication skills Ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines Strong organisational skills and attention to detail What's on Offer Salary between £35,000 and £60,000 depending on experience 28 days' holiday including Bank Holidays Supportive, close-knit team environment with a strong emphasis on work-life balance Genuine opportunities for career progression within a respected local firm If you are an organised, client-focused solicitor looking to build or continue your career in residential conveyancing, we would love to hear from you.
