Project Manager Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to join our property team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in construction projects within retail or commercial environments. You will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
* Liaise with external third-party authorities, consultants and contractors as necessary
* Ensure all projects meet relevant building regulations and safety requirements
* Manage budgets and timelines for multiple projects simultaneously
