Proudly serving Naas community for 20 years, we are seeking full-time Deli Assistant to join our team
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in delis, and is familiar with general deli operations (Bakery, Hot Food, Pre-pack Sandwich Prep), customer service and HACCP.
The ideal applicant is looking for 30+ hours per week and is flexible with weekdays and weekends
We're seeking people who are comfortable working in fast paced environments.
Main purpose of the role:
Ensure the deli operates efficiently and effectively by providing our customers with the very best customer service and fresh food offering at all times in a clean, safe environment. Serving customers daily, preparing and packaging fresh food products.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
* 2+ years experience in a deli or kitchen role is necessary.
* Experience with bakery, hot food and pre-packaged food goods is preferred
* Flexibility with working hours. We are a weekend business, but understand you have a life too.

* Merchandise and present the fresh aisle to the highest standard
* Ability to develop and promote good communication between employees and management in a safe, respectful and inclusive environment

* Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and consistent with store policies
* Engage with new initiatives and embrace new ways of working.
