Commercial Director – High-Growth Consumer Brand (Irish Market Focus)
Hybrid – Midlands (3 days onsite)
We’re hiring a Commercial Director on behalf of a rapidly scaling consumer brand backed by a prominent Irish investment group.
This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth, founder-led business that’s already established with major retail partners across Ireland and the UK.
The brand has built strong awareness and momentum through digital channels, but they now need a senior commercial leader to take full ownership of business development, partner management, and commercial strategy, helping structure and scale the next phase of growth.
What you’ll own:
* Strategic ownership of all business relationships across retail, pharmacy, and B2B channels
* Development of new commercial opportunities in both Ireland and the UK
* Leadership and future structuring of the commercial function, including buying, merchandising, and sales operations
* Collaboration with the CEO and Marketing leads on broader growth and organisational strategy
Who we’re looking for:
* A proven commercial leader from an FMCG, retail, or consumer product background (beauty experience welcome but not required)
* Someone confident managing key retail partnerships and building out new business channels
* A strategic thinker with hands-on experience developing teams, leading negotiations, and driving market expansion
* Experience in the Irish market is essential; UK exposure a bonus
* Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, founder-led business where agility and initiative are key
You’ll sit at the top table alongside the founders, reporting directly into the CEO, and will have the scope to shape structure, team, and long-term commercial direction.
