Key Responsibilities
Sales: Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate vehicle solutions, and managing the purchase of new and used cars.
Finance: Assist customers in selecting suitable finance packages (PCP, HP, leasing, etc.), explain finance options clearly, and guide them through the full process.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, ensuring a smooth and positive buying experience.
Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, deal closing, and identifying new sales opportunities.
Product Knowledge: Stay fully informed on the latest vehicle models, features, and promotions to provide accurate and valuable information to customers.
Administration: Manage all documentation related to sales, finance applications, and vehicle deliveries, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Requirements
Previous experience in sales, ideally within the motor industry, is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of finance products (PCP, HP, leasing, etc.) and relevant financial regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for the automotive sector and delivering a top-quality customer experience.
Proven ability to work towards targets and meet deadlines.
Full clean driving licence.
