We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integrations between Workday and other internal or external systems.
About the Role:

* Design and Develop Integrations: Lead the design and development of integration solutions between Workday and external systems, including payroll, benefits, HR, finance, or third-party applications.

* Workday Studio Expertise: Utilize Workday Studio to develop complex integrations involving multiple systems, including configuring web services (REST/SOAP), developing transformation logic, and handling data mappings.
">
* Customization and Deployment: Customize integrations to meet unique business requirements, ensuring alignment with Workday's best practices, and oversee the deployment of integration solutions into production environments.

* Data Migration and Security: Assist with data migration efforts, ensuring accurate transfer of legacy data to Workday, and ensure integrations remain compatible with Workday's quarterly releases.

Requirements:

* Technical Qualifications: 5-7 years of hands-on experience building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and other relevant tools.

* Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and come up with effective solutions.

* Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
