**Job Opportunity:**
We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead the delivery of projects across Europe.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing large-scale construction projects, with experience in project operations planning, mobilisation, delivery, performance, cost control, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee the direct delivery of large-scale construction projects valued at €5m+.
* Lead all aspects of project operations planning, mobilisation, delivery, performance, cost control, and compliance.
* Build and manage a strong supply chain pipeline: suppliers, subcontractors, and local labour resources.
* Establish and maintain trusted relationships with local subcontractors, suppliers, and regional stakeholders.
* Work closely with the commercial team on project performance, profitability, and risk management.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* 810 years experience in construction project and operations management, ideally with European exposure.
* Proven track record in managing projects valued €5m+.
* Strong knowledge of construction supply chains and subcontractor management.
* Commercially astute, with experience driving profitability and performance on complex projects.
* Strong leadership skills able to manage multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations.
