This organisation is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated AP Administrator to join their team on a fully on-site basis. This role offers excellent exposure to a busy accounts environment, working closely with suppliers, internal teams, and management. In this role, youll be responsible for processing invoices, credit notes, and purchase orders, as well as setting up and managing supplier accounts. Youll liaise daily with vendors and colleagues to resolve queries, ensuring accuracy and professionalism at all times. Youll maintain financial data in both their accounting system and spreadsheets, while also supporting month-end close and yearly audits.
