The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of the office, support senior management, and help coordinate the administrative processes that contribute to efficient property and tenant management.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Operations & AdministrationManage daily office operations to ensure an efficient, well-organised working environment.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and tenants.Maintain office supplies, equipment, and general facilities.Handle incoming calls, emails, post, and general correspondence.Property & Client SupportAssist with documentation, queries, and communication.Maintain accurate records related to leases, maintenance requests, inspections, and compliance documentation.Coordinate with property managers, maintenance teams, and external contractors to ensure timely service delivery.Financial & Compliance AdministrationSupport invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks.Maintain up-to-date files for insurance, compliance requirements, and regulatory documentation.Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting where required.Management & Team SupportProvide administrative support to senior management on scheduling, reporting, and project coordination.Oversee internal communication and support staff with day-to-day administrative needs.Help organise company meetings, training sessions, and internal events.Skills & RequirementsPrevious experience as an Office Manager, Administrator, or similar role (property or residential sector experience is an advantage).Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Confidence in engaging with clients, contractors, and management teams.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with property management software is desirable.Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and solve problems proactively.Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.What We OfferA supportive and collaborative working environment.Opportunity to grow within a reputable and expanding residential organisation.Competitive salary and benefits package.Convenient Blanchardstown location with free parking.
