Job Overview
The Night Porter role is centered around maintaining a secure environment for customers, staff, and visitors at all times.
* Liaise with the team to set up daily operations in accordance with business requirements.
* Ensure public areas such as corridors, fire exits, staircases, and storage spaces remain unobstructed.
* Provide support in the restaurant/bar/lounge as needed.
* Replenish customer amenities and supplies as necessary.
Key qualifications include prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will possess flexibility in scheduling and be able to work independently.
