We are recruiting a Site Administrator to join our project in Letterkenny.
Your mission
* Support the site-based commercial team to generate cost reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
* Interact and collaborate with other company staff in the head office and on site.
* Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion on all information associated with employee details.
* Reporting of KPIs.
* Complete the site resource tracker each week.
* General filing (on cloud) and office duties.
* Manage soft copy files.
* Record keeping.
* Assist managers with clerical duties.
* Generate and manage statistics of site works.
* Experience with MS Excel is essential.
* Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
* Process goods received documents.
* Report to Site Project Manager.
Who are we looking for?
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate within a multi-disciplinary site team.
* At least 2 years’ experience in a similar fast-paced role.
* Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office and PDF software tools.
* Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency, and manage time effectively.
* Knowledge of COINS software is advantageous (training can be provided).
* Knowledge of snagging related to construction is a benefit but not essential.
