This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, manage major client accounts, and shape the future of employee benefits services. As a skilled Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for leading annual reviews and renewals for key group clients, acting as the main point of contact for medium to large employers on strategic benefit matters.

Responsibilities include:
\
* Leading annual reviews and renewals for key group clients, working alongside senior leadership.
\
* Acting as the main point of contact for medium to large employers on strategic benefit matters.
\
* Managing renewals across Risk, Pension, and Medical schemes.
\
* Providing benchmarking insights and advising clients on auto-enrolment and scheme participation.
\
* Supporting the ongoing development of EB administration and consultancy services.
\
* Representing the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
\
* Mentoring and supporting the Employee Benefits Broker Team.
\
* Ensuring compliance and best practices across all benefit-related processes.
\
Requirements:
\
* Minimum qualification: QFA (Preferred: MIIPM, AIIPM, CFP, QPT, PTP).
\
* Experience in managing employee benefits schemes for medium to large employers.
\
* Strong client relationship management skills with a strategic mindset.
\
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
\
* A proactive approach to learning, development, and process improvement.
