* Canada-based SDR leader
* Dotted-line reporting to EU Sales Director (Munich-based)
* Expansion focus on building high-quality SDR engine across EU
Role description (SDR):
* Working directly with entreprise account executive to develop the EMAE market
* Research and identify potential target accounts from enterprise-level manufacturing companies
* Initiate outbound outreach through email, phone, and LinkedIn to book meetings with operational leaders (Ops Directors, Plant Managers, COOs).
* Qualify inbound leads and ensure smooth handover to Account Executives.
* Actively contribute ideas to improve outreach effectiveness, messaging, and process efficiency.
Sales details:
* Target customers: Global brands, multi-stakeholder, multi-site, global deals (Example: Nestle, L'oréal, Danone, )
* Current ARR: 35M

Salary range & secondary benefits:
* €50-60K base, +20% commission, uncapped OTE
* Start date: ASAP
