We are seeking a Technical (Hard) Services Manager to lead and deliver exceptional maintenance and project-related services at our client's headquarters. This is a standalone role with support from a regional technical team.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver Exceptional Services: Ensure seamless technical service delivery, managing statutory compliance, KPIs, and SLAs while driving energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
* Lead and Inspire: Build, motivate, and develop a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
* Client Collaboration: Manage client relationships with transparency and alignment, offering expert advice and identifying growth opportunities.
* Project Ownership: Oversee reactive maintenance, contractor management, and project work – ensuring quality and compliance at every step.
* Innovation and Optimization: Leverage IoT and advanced building systems to enhance service delivery and streamline operations.
Required Qualifications and Experience
* 10+ years in facilities maintenance and contract management with strong mechanical, HVAC, BMS, and electrical knowledge.
* Technical Expertise: Qualified in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services with a solid track record in managing technical services and delivering projects in compliance with regulations.
* Safety Focus: Maintaining safe and compliant practices across all activities.
* Leadership Ability: Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams, drive performance, and manage change in dynamic environments.
* Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive, can-do attitude with strong decision-making skills and a customer-focused approach.
* Tech Savviness: Proficient in CMMS/Cafm, BIM, Energy Management platforms, MS Office, and modern smart office technologies with an eye for innovation.
