* Drive Sales Excellence by delivering outstanding customer service and technical product knowledge to convert parts sales opportunities.
* Support Complex Enquiries by acting as a key contact for internal and external customers, especially for technical or complex queries.
* Interpret Parts Accurately to ensure the correct parts are sourced, quoted, and delivered to meet customer needs.
* Collaborate Cross-Functionally with supply chain, warehouse, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Enhance the Customer Journey by providing regular updates and ensuring customers understand the value of our products over competitors.
* Identify Opportunities by analysing technical data to upsell and cross-sell complementary parts and services.
* Mentor and Develop junior team members, sharing technical expertise to build team capability.
