With a focus on personal service, curated collections, and a vibrant in-store experience, we're looking for someone who can help keep our shop running smoothly and support our growing small business.The Role:We're looking for a versatile, hands-on part-time assistant manager / senior retail assistant to join our team. You'll be the right hand in the shop, helping with everything from customer service to stock management and online orders.Key Responsibilities:Open and close the shop as required.Manage day-to-day shop operations and assist with staff and admin.Perform stock counts, inventory checks, labeling, and merchandising.Ensure the shop is clean, tidy, and visually appealing.Occasionally assist with online orders during busy periods or staff holidays.Support social media content creation and product photography.Support with customer queries online via online/social media.Hours:(Roughly 15–20 hours per week). Weekends & weekdaysFully flexible to cover a full week as needed when other staff are on annual leave.
