In this role, you'll lead and motivate a large team while overseeing daily operations including scheduling, route planning, warehouse activity, equipment cleaning, maintenance, repairs and asset management. You'll ensure resources are used effectively, monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, maintain documentation and SOPs, manage stock and spare-parts inventory, and uphold safety standards. You'll also coordinate service and repair calls, liaise with subcontractors, support staff training and recruitment, investigate customer issues and play a key role in delivering a high-quality, efficient and customer-focused community care service.
It is expected you have 3+ years' experience in a similar supervisory role, ideally this role would suit someone coming from retail management or warehouse environment. Must have strong people management skills. A strong track record in streamlining processes, improving operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement across busy service environments and strong excel.
