We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst to support EMEA paid media operations and ensure campaigns are executed with precision, accuracy, and efficiency.In this role, you’ll act as a critical support to the Media Manager—helping validate campaign execution, track budgets, and ensure agency deliverables meet the highest quality standards.What You’ll Be DoingMaintain campaign trackers for live, upcoming, and completed paid media campaignsValidate budget pacing and spend accuracy, ensuring alignment with activation plansPerform quality checks on live campaigns to ensure correct setup, targeting, and executionPartner with Ad Operations and agency teams to identify and flag issues proactivelyTrack agency deliverables (media plans, reports, invoices) and ensure timely completionSupport invoice logging, budget tracking, and monthly reconciliation activitiesCoordinate with internal teams on creative assets, timelines, and campaign readinessAct as a key point of contact for agency coordination and campaign operations supportWhat You’ll Bring2 years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or a related roleStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic formulas)Clear communication skills and ability to work with agency partnersAbility to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience in B2B marketing or tech environmentsFamiliarity with project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Workfront)Understanding of campaign QA processes and media execution validationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
