Responsibilities
* Lead accurate IFRS financial reporting, statutory compliance, audit management, working-capital oversight, and AP/AR operations across all entities.
* Establish, regularly review and maintain strong internal controls, standardized processes, and effective risk and compliance frameworks across the group.
* Oversee timely, accurate month-end and year-end close processes, including journal reviews, reconciliations, and intercompany compliance.
* Support global tax compliance and treasury functions, ensuring efficient cash management, liquidity planning, and intercompany funding.
* Optimize ERP systems and drive automation and process improvements to enhance financial efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
* Train and develop the accounting team by building technical expertise to support career development.
Requirements
* Certified accounting professional (CPA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) with 7+ years of progressive finance experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environments.
* Proven ability to lead audits, manage external advisors, and ensure compliance with IFRS and international tax regulations.
* Strong background collaborating with international, cross-functional teams across multiple jurisdictions.
* Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel; experience with automation and process-improvement tools is a plus.
* Results-oriented and proactive, with a hands-on approach to execution and problem solving.
* Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
* Adaptable, collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, creative, and evolving environments
Nice to Haves
* Experience in a creative, technology, or entertainment industry environment
* Experience with Oracle NetSuite
* Proven experience with process improvement, ERP optimization, or system implementations
* Experience using data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI
* Familiarity with project-based accounting or R&D credit/tax incentive frameworks
* Strong Excel modeling and scenario analysis capabilities.
