Job Description & Summary
At PwC, our people in audit and assurance focus on providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and other assurable information enhancing the credibility and reliability of this information with a variety of stakeholders. They evaluate compliance with regulations including assessing governance and risk management processes and related controls.
Those in audit risk and quality at PwC will focus on providing support to internal teams to mitigate and control client engagement risks. You are an experienced auditor and/or technical specialist who leads on audit quality through thought leadership, setting guidance, and a continuous cycle of improving, learning and monitoring.

Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion and a commercial mindset are all foundational to our success. You cultivate the potential in others and actively team across the PwC Network, understanding trade-offs, and leveraging our collective strength.

A Snapshot of Your Peer Group:
* Qualified to degree level or equivalent
* 10+ years’ experience gained in industry or professional services
* Strong commercial acumen, growth orientation, and sales focus
* Comfortable using pipeline and CRM systems for revenue tracking and reporting
* Excellent relationship development and networking ability—working as part of a team and independently
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Ability to positively drive change and influence the decision-making process
* Excellent organizational skills and project management ability
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
