You will be responsible for a diverse client portfolio and generating new business.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage a significant portfolio of diverse clients across accounts, audit, tax, and advisory engagements.
Lead and develop a team of Assistant Managers, Qualified Accountants, and Trainees, ensuring high-quality service and delivery.
Actively manage work-in-progress (WIP), billing, and debtors within the client portfolio, ensuring optimal profitability.
Maintain strong client relationships, managing client expectations, and proactively seeking client feedback.
Develop and deliver technical updates and training sessions for the team, ensuring high standards of technical excellence.
Support Associate Directors and Directors in new business development and proposals.
Uphold rigorous quality control and compliance standards aligned with firm policy and regulatory guidelines.
Actively mentor and coach team members, nurturing their professional growth.
· Contribute strategically to departmental and firm-wide operational improvements and efficiency initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Annual billing target
Achieve portfolio fee recovery rate.
Maintain overall client satisfaction scores consistently at or above 90%.
Generate new business referrals
Achieve staff satisfaction and team development targets, positive 360-degree feedback.
Successfully lead at least two internal training sessions annually.
Implement or significantly contribute to at least two operational or procedural improvements annually.
