Offer description

We are looking for a skilled Medical Secretary with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our medical team, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical services.

Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to medical staff, including preparing and typing correspondence, reports, referrals etc

* Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and files

* Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails, and correspondence

* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

* Perform general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing

Requirements:

* Experience as a Medical Secretary or similar administrative role

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong organisational and time management skills

* Computer literate, Proficiency in Microsoft, dictation, and Socrates software is helpful.

Desired Qualifications:

* Experience working in a medical or healthcare setting

* Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

Job Type: Part-time

Contract length: 2-3 months

Pay: €15.00-€16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week

Work Location: In person
