Most of their workload comes from repeat business as they have a strong reputation for their competitive edge and reliable execution of projects undertaken.Your Role will Involve: Liaising and reporting to the Surveying Director, Project Director, and Project Manager.Liaising with the Design Team to ensure requirements and specifications are met.Reviewing tender enquiries and tender analysis for projects.Estimating and tendering for projects.Negotiating new projects and fixed price premiums. Organising and chairing pre-award meetings with new sub-contractors.Subcontract purchasing and monitoring of packages.Sub-contractor re-measurement, interim and final account payments.Processing sub-contractor payment certificates.Compiling the variation log and signing off on variations.Final account preparations at the end of the projectCost monitoring and reportingCashflow forecasting for projects and issuing monthly reports to accounts.What we are looking for: Degree in Quantity Surveying Minimum of 5 years professional experienceThorough understanding of specifications, bills of quantities and drawingsTake the next step in your career and apply in confidence today.
