We are seeking a highly skilled Site Operations Specialist to oversee facilities management services, conduct regular inspections and audits, monitor building systems, and coordinate maintenance activities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Operational Management: Oversee facilities management services, conduct regular inspections and audits, monitor building systems, and coordinate maintenance activities. Ensure operations comply with regulations and implement mitigation plans as needed.
* Team & Vendor Management: Manage on-site staff, assign tasks, monitor performance, and coordinate with third-party service providers. Proven leadership and team management skills are essential for success in this role.
* Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as primary point of contact for clients, attend meetings, present reports, and address concerns. Strong communication and negotiation skills are required to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
* 5+ years in FM provider management position, 10+ years of relevant experience.
* Strong knowledge of building systems and FM industry best practices.
* Proven leadership, team management, communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
