As a Digital Construction Manager, you will play a key role in implementing and managing the use of digital tools to capture, share, and utilize information to enhance project/contract delivery. Your mission is to manage pipeline and workload, deliver appropriate services to meet customer needs, and liaise with teams to agree and deliver resources and services to projects/contracts.
You will have detailed knowledge of client and business requirements and expectations, ensuring that plans, specifications, reviews, and controls are in place. You will work in accordance with relevant industry standards, codes of practice, company procedures, and legal requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Experience in digital construction/facilities management and document management.

* Extensive knowledge of ISO 19650 series.

* Higher education in construction or related fields.

* Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience working on construction projects/FM contracts with experience in digital solutions.
