About The Role:
* Manage a large portfolio of customers across EMEA.
* Onboard and expand our customer base through tailored Notion consultations, trainings, and assistant programs.
* Design and execute at-scale outreach campaigns to key contacts, facilitating Notion adoption.
* Collaborate with sales partners to ensure strong adoption of our product.
* Serve as our in-house product ambassador, elevating customers' workflows and maximizing returns on investment from Notion.
* Identify strategic customers to engage with, driving monthly active users and seat expansion.
* Proactively identify underutilized customers and create action plans to achieve success.
* Inform and influence our overall growth strategy.
Key Achievements:
* Drive adoption and expansion for a highly sought-after product solving real-world problems. Some of the world's largest companies rely on Notion to manage huge teams – but your friends and family can also use it for notes, photos, and more.
* Contribute to the development of Customer Success at Notion: As an early member of our sales/success team, you'll play a crucial role in defining our sales-assisted motions.
* Serve as the customer's trusted advisor and product expert: You'll host training, onboarding, and working sessions to educate our customers and explore new use cases of Notion.
* Meaningfully shape our future product: As you engage with customers, you'll gain valuable insights to inform our product development.

Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience at a fast-growing software company.
* A proven track record of success in Customer Success or Account Management.
* Fluency in German.
* Experience managing a large volume of accounts.
* Strong intrinsic motivation to excel and contribute to a team.
* A growth mindset and ability to thrive in a nascent team environment.
* A willingness to adapt to a rapidly changing business and industry.
