We are currently recruiting for a temporary part time Grade III Clerical Officer in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support, focusing on data entry, secretarial duties, and managing referrals. Job Type: Temporary 3 month initial contract Part time- 17 hrs per week Payrate: €16.87 - €26.25per hour depending on previous relative public sector experience Key Responsibilities: - Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic and paper records. - Provide secretarial support, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings. - Handle incoming and outgoing communications efficiently. - Answer and direct phone calls, and respond to email inquiries - Assist in managing and processing referrals, ensuring timely and accurate documentation. - Support the team with any additional administrative tasks as required. - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations. Skills and Qualifications: - Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role. - Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office). - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
