Analytical Lab Analyst Reporting to: SiteQuality Manager Location: Knockanrawley, Tipperary Business Sector: Ingredients - Quality Responsibilities: Responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to the following: Heat Stability Analysis on Milk Powders. Chlorate Analysis on Raw and Finished product. Butter hardness analysis. WPNI Analysis on Milk Powders. FFA Analysis on Milk Powders. Diacetyl Analysis on Milk Powders. Cover for the PCR lab for Pathogen Analysis on environmental swabs. Provision of all results in a timely manner to management. Assist in problem solving- carry out extra analysis as required. Any other reasonable request as required by management. Flexibility on testing of any product or any new tests that may be assigned. Maintain a clean working environment. Calibration and verification of equipment operation.. Requirements: The ideal candidate must possess the following: Minimum 1 years' experience in Food /Drinks / Pharmaceutical or Environmental Laboratory. Third level science qualification in relevant discipline. Proven capability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment. Experience maintaining a quality/laboratory management system. Strong interpersonal & communication skills. Performance driven with a proven ability to work on own initiative. A positive, can-do, resilient and flexible attitude. Good writing and coaching skills. Well-developed problem-solving skills to resolve issues in a timely manner. IT Skills.
