Project Controls Lead Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Lead to join our leading client in Dublin.
In this role, you will oversee cost, schedule, risk, and change management controls for large-scale infrastructure programs.
You will also provide regular reports to the PMO Lead and ensure seamless project execution.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead a team of Cost or Schedule or Estimating or Risk and other Project Controls personnel in a coordinated manner on medium-risk, large-size projects, or elements on larger programs.
* Contribute to managing the project controls team per the project plans.
* Identify and analyze risks and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans within the project portfolio.
* Facilitate changes and interventions to ensure project controls service goals are achieved.
* Participate in the development of a budget and operating or delivery plans for the project controls services on a project or program in consultation with the team and client.
* Review and ensure adherence to the project controls services operating or delivery plan, scope, schedule, milestones, budgets, and KPIs and address issues with corrective actions as appropriate while raising red flags as needed.
* Monitor and manage clear and focused staff performance objectives on the project or program to ensure excellence in results.
Qualifications
Experience & Skills:
* Minimum of 12 years of experience in Project Controls.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a team in a senior capacity.
* SIGNIFICANT experience in project management or project controls management within large infrastructure programmes.
* Academic award in Architecture, Engineering, Surveying, or equivalent.
* Experience with financial management and estimating.
* Demonstrable experience in implementation of project controls processes and toolsets.
