Requirements
Candidates must satisfy Department of Health and Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics for appointment as follows:
Hold a Degree and be registered in the Physiotherapy Register, maintained by the Physiotherapists Registration Board at CORU
Qualify for Registration with The Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (ISCP) is required
Experience of working with children with complex disabilities and/or autism
Experience of working as part of an Interdisciplinary Team
Previous Work Experience with a minimum of three years post qualification experience
Key Responsibilities
Manage a varied caseload of individual and group sessions, including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention planning.
Apply sound clinical judgment and adhere to established administrative practices and professional protocols in all decision-making.
Deliver high‑standard physiotherapy care through expert clinical skills tailored to the needs of each child and family.
Support and develop colleagues by providing clinical supervision, mentoring, coaching, and contributing to professional development planning.
Promote the physiotherapy profession through professionalism, integrity, and evidence-based practice.
Communicate effectively and persuasively across multiple platforms—oral, written, and digital to ensure collaboration and high‑quality service delivery.
